HEALTH: Exercise, eat right, get enough sleep, think positive thoughts, get rid of stressful situations, and I take good nutritional supplements.
TIME: We only have so many hours in a day so make them work for you. Divide the time between work, projects of passion and family.
- Time saving devices: The world is full of gadgets that can help us use our time more efficiently Just take a short walk through your own living space…..microwaves, cell phones, laptops, remote control devices, CD players in the autos, etc.
- In my work as a network marketer I use an efficient time saving system that saves me lots and lots of time sorting and sifting through people that come to me and say that they are interested in an MLM business. I could spend hours on the phone or meeting presenting what I do and many are not really interested for a million different reasons…so why do it. Get a system that will do it for you and then meet with them.
- Family time is family time. Make sure that you have enough quality time each day to spend with your family, kids, parents, friends….very important.
- Make the most of each and every day…make time work for you.
