Hi everyone,

I would like to digress from my usual blog this week of health and wealth and talk about the “Celebration of Resilience”.

We are now in the midst of the biggest celebration of the year.

For many it may be Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa or for others just a time to be with family.

Many of us are fortunate to have family, food, shelter and warmth,  BE THANKFUL!

For many that is not so, especially for many of the children of the world.

Many of these children are in your back yard.

Do something special for them.
