NETWORK MARKETING TIPS!

October 30th, 2008

Network Marketing Tips:  Last night I just listened to Steve Amundsen, SEO expert talked about the importance of keywords in article writing for your online blogs.

Are you looking for internet presence?  Do you want online network marketing to work for you?  Then you should take heed to the information that I learned last night on my Lighthouse Marketing call.

1. The point of online network marketing is to generate free leads or contacts to your business.

2. A blog is the easiest way to generate links and traffic to your business.  You can set up a free blog or it is best to have a hosted blog (which I have).

3.  Decide what you selling, what is your business about…health products, organic gardening, red tennis shoes, etc.

4.  Before you start writing an article or post do a keyword search.  A keyword search will let you know what word or phrases people are searching on the internet and how many times.  It would be a waste of time to write about something that no one is searching.  To find out what people are searching go to…Google Adwords.

5. Then write your article about your keyword.  Use the keyword in the title, in the body of the article, and at the end.

6.  Content of your article should original, not all copied.  Search Engines are looking for good content.  Eventually you will become an expert and your name will appear in the top 10 sites  searched for that subject.

I found these network marketing tips valuable to my online network marketing business.

Wishing you success in your business,

ECONOMIC BREAKDOWN

October 26th, 2008

Today we are all scared that we are not going to have the money power we need to live the lives of economic freedom that we dreamed.

I know that we hear everyday about the rise and fall of the stock market, house foreclosures, job layoffs, and rise in prices of everything due to the dripple down effect of the dollar.

WHAT ARE WE TO DO???

Most of us have lived with Plan A all our lives. “Go to school, get an education and get a good job” and you will live happily ever after, not so says Robert Kiyosaki, author or Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

When ever I talk to any of my friends or people in line at the store, I ask them “how is your money”, the answer usually is okay but they are worried and they are trying to be patient.   They are hoping that the economic situation turns around quickly, they are putting big hopes on the next presidential administration, or whatever. But are they really listening, to what most economists are saying, yes there will be a turn around in the economy but it will take awhile and may never be to same level.

This economic situation I am paralleling it to a degenerative disease like diabetes or stroke… it took years of poor eating habits, bad air and probably lots of stress to finally find out you that you have diabetes. Our economy is same, these banks didn’t all of sudden run out money, it took years of bad management to get broke.

WHAT CAN WE DO?

If you don’t already have a Plan B you should get one! I can’t answer for everyone but I have followed Robert Allen’s advice, author of One Minute Millionaire, and developed multiple streams of income. Not only do I have a part-time 9-5er but I have several businesses I run from my home. One is I tapped into the next trillion-dollar industry: Health and Wellness. According to Paul Zane Pilzer; economic advisor for  two presidential administrations said” When I look forward to the year 2010, I see a clear one trillion-dollar business just in the growth of existing products and services in the wellness industry”.

Look at the TV ads, the number of new health spas, the focus of the your friends and family…they want to feel and look good, so maybe your Plan B should be the a Wellness business…it will  keep you healthy long life and you would not have to worry about the stock market.

My Plan B is an international home based network marketing health and wellness business that has given me the best health ever and money in my pocket. I am not worried about the economic breakdown.

To your success

SECRETS OF SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURS!

October 12th, 2008

Running a one-person business is a creative, flexible and challenging way to become your own boss and chart your own future. It is as much about creating a new life as it is about making a living. It takes courage, determination and foresight to decide to become an entrepreneur, especially if you are venturing into the unchartered territories of business from the relatively safe cocoon of the corporate world, where paychecks arrive regularly.

There is no secret formula to determine if your business will be all you dreamed, however most successful entrepreneurs have the following characteristics:

  • PERSEVERE AND HAVE FAITH…no one said the road to success is easy. Despite your good intentions and hard work you will have setbacks but your courage to persist in the face of adversity and your ability to bounce back after a temporary disappointment will assure your success. You must learn to pick yourself up and star all over again.
  • FOCUS ON YOUR STRENGTHS…You cannot be everything to everybody. Each of us has our own strengths and weaknesses. You must identify what they are and channel your efforts into the areas that you best  and seek help or assistance in areas you were you are poor. Learn to transform your weaknesses into strengths, consider taking training classes.
  • BE WILLING TO LEARN…You do not need to MBA or PhD to be successful in your business. In fact, studies show that most self-made millionaires have average intelligence but in order to succeed were willing to learn.  You must be willing to ask questions and remain curious, interested and open to new knowledge and in this day of fast moving changes in technology it would be wise to now how to market on the internet.
  • HAVE GOALS…..You have a vision and you have the faith in yourself to believe that you can achieve your dreams or goals. But do you know how to get to your dream and goals?  It is easier if you  have a concrete plan that will provide the steps toward your ultimate goal. Put that goal in writing, place in a location that you can see it everyday otherwise it is just a fantasy. Start each day with a list of things that you need to do that day to move closer to your goal. Your ability to set goals and make plans for your accomplishment are the skills necessary to succeed.
  • NEVER CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITY OF FAILURE…As an entrepreneur you need to fully believe in your goals and that what you are doing will better your environment/mankind and personal self. You should alway have a strong faith in your ideas, capabilities and self and believe beyond a shadow of a doubt you have the ability to achieve your goal. Your confidence in achieving your goal should be balanced with calculated risk you need to take.
  • CONSTANTLY LOOK FOR WAYS TO NETWORKIn business, you are judged by the company you keep. Great business people are always looking for ways make alliances with people who can help you and whom you can help in return. To succeed in business, you need to possess good networking skills and always be alert to opportunities to expand your contacts.
  • THINK SUCCESS…To attain the kind of success you want, you need to have big dreams and a clear vision of what you want to achieve. You should actively visualized success in your mind until you can almost feel that it is within your reach. Management gurus have taught us the power of visualization-you can have what you want if you can simply envision it i.e. if you want to be rich, picture yourself in luxurious surroundings holding a fat bank book. Play this image back in your mind every opportunity. What does it feel like? How will it change your life? What will your business look like if you achieve the million-dollar mark? The process of envisioning success should be a constant activity; you need to think that you are (or will be) successful every single waking hour of every day.
  • WORK HARD…Every successfully entrepreneur works hard, very hard. No one achieves success just by sitting and thinking about it all day. Personal  success coach Brian Tracy put it this way “You work eight hours per day for survival, everything over eight hours per day is for success.” Successful business owners put in a lot hours to get started, anywhere from 10-60 hours per week. If you are in the star-up phase of your business, you will have to breathe, eat and drink your business until it can stand on its own. Working hard will be easy if you have a vision, clear goals and are passionate.
  • BE PASSIONATE…Success in business is all about patience and hard work, which can only be attained if you are passionate about your goals. Entrepreneurs who succeed don’t mind the fact they are putting in lots of hours per day,  because they absolutely love what they are doing. They  know success will comes easily because they love what they do. Why? Because people are more relentless in the pursuit of goals they love. If you hate your job, do you think you will ever be successful  or care? No way, you may plod along, even become competent at the your job but you will never be a great success at it because you are not passionate about it.. You will start a business to change some or all of your life. To attain this, you need to develop or uncover an intense, personal passion to change the way things are and live your life to the fullest.
  • LIFE IS SHORT….Life is too short to not to live each day with passion.

THEY MISSED SOMETHING!

September 6th, 2008

Last night on TV they had a great fund raiser called Stand Up For Cancer-a degenerative disease that affects millions of Americans. A great many stars and musicians told the stories of the many cancer victims. I have two dear friends who are 2 time survivors of cancer and even if they do not speak of it I am sure that it is on their minds. I can’t imagine it and I applaud them for their bravery.

Cancer statistics are overwhelming: 10,000 people die of cancer each week, 1 person a minute.

Even the two presidential candidates, Obama and McCain publicly said that they would support the campaign to fight cancer.

During the program they listed some of the preventive methods that we can do for ourselves to avoid cancer:

  • Exercise
  • Live a life of less stress
  • Stop smoking
  • Never start to smoke
  • Eat less red meat
  • Eat foods rich in antioxidants like broccoli and cauliflower
  • Women get regular mammograms
  • Men get regular prostrate exams

But they missed one very important preventive method.

  • Take a good nutritional supplement.

Our bodies need to replace the millions of cells we lose each year with healthy cells to fight against the free radicals found in our environment; smog, polluted water, stress and a poor food supply due to the lack nutrients in the soil.

We all need the help of a good pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplement, ones that we can trust that will provide us with the protection to maintain our cells at an optimal level.

Be responsible!

Keep your body healthy, pay attention!

WHAT DO YOU MEAN I AM SELLING

September 2nd, 2008

I am so excited! I just got back from the annual international convention for my network marketing company. It is important that you make the effort to attend your company convention.

It was 3 full days of company products discussions with the introduction of new products, multiple trainings sessions in business techniques and lots of stuff for personal development. We had on stage in this one convention four of the heavies in MLM industry: Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad; Robert Allen, author of The One Minute Millionaire; Tim Sales, author of Brilliant Compensation, Denis Waitley, author of the new book The Dragon and the Eagle, and Paul Zane Pilzer, the economic advistor to two presidents that the next trillion-dollar industry is health and wellness.

I was awed by all of them, but the one thing that really stood out for me was something Robert Allen said,” that we are selling 100% of the time”. For anyone in the network marketing business knows that this is one of the biggest objection we have when trying to present our business.

“I don’t want to sell anything, I am not good at selling, I don’t want to be a sales person”.

I know that I have heard it a million times and I have never had a real answer for it until now!

Robert Allen made it very clear to me that we are selling all the time. Think about it, don’t we share with our friends, family, co-workers, the cashier at the store, etc. everyday how we feel about something, our views and opinions on the on light subjects like the weather, clothes, the food or we may get into a more detailed conversation about politics, the health care system, the economy, inflation. That is selling your ideas and beliefs, you are being yourself.

We are the things we do and say and those are things you are selling.

So are you selling or just sleeping??????????????????????

NO ONE WANTS TO OUTLIVE THEIR MONEY$$$$

August 9th, 2008

· AARP statistics state, to achieve a retirement income of $60,000 a year, the baby boomers(Americans born between 1946-1964) will need:

*$1200 a month from Social Security

*and $1800 from a retirement fund

*and then will still need to have investments of $700,000.

· Most retirees do NOT have that kind of money put away for retirement….. they have been living too much in the “here and now”, keeping up with family needs, and inflation therefore putting little or no money into any investment program.

· For the baby boomers, now is the time to be looking at this, work with a financial advisor, go to planning clinics in your areas, talk to your friends and family and find out what they are doing.

For me, I am doing it now, multiple streams of income.

· Just don’t wait.

· You may have to make some sacrifices and make some changes to do this.

· It’s never too late to get started…no matter what age.

· Bottom line, you do not want to outlive your money$$$$$$$

To your excellence,

Rebecca Russell

UR HEALTH AND WEALTH GUIDE FOR 2008

August 2nd, 2008

“So many people spend their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health.”

A.J. Reb Materi

YOUR HEALTH IS YOU.

YOUR WEALTH REPRESENTS YOUR ACTUAL WORK.

GUIDE TO HEALTH AND WEALTH–2008!

1. Exercise regularly….Make sure that you exercise at least 30minutes 3-4 times a week. I found a great inexpensive way to exercise on a regular basis by signing up for a class at the local city college. There are trainers and all the exercise equipment necessary. If city college is not available resource , check with local community groups ie pools, adult education classes. Tip: an exercise partner will keep you accountable.

2. Eat healthy…..Shop for items in season and pick organic. Stay away from highly sugared foods. Do you know that you can develop an addiction to sweets and carbs according to Dr. Ray Strand, M.D., a leading authority and author on nutritional medicine, “Releasing Fat” is saying that giving into those sugar cravings can lead to ill health and costly medical care.

3. Take only high quality nutritional supplements….Cheap vitamins may be just that cheap. Many vitamins do no have what is on the label, some are not biodegradable, and most are FDA approved not pharmaceutical grade. Under the active Dietary and Supplement and Health Education Act, producers of dietary supplements do not have to verify that their products are effective, safe, or healthy before placing them on store shelves. Why take a chance, do you do diligence and research your vitamins.

4. Drink lots of water…For me, the jury is still out on the need to always drink filtered water but drink at least 64 ozs of water per day is good. Coffee, sodas, fruit drinks are not good substitutes and can be both unhealthy and costly.

5. Get annual medical and dental check-up… Be preventive in your health care, know ahead of time if you are developing some health problem that can cost your health and much money.

Wishing your the best of health n wealth 2008
